“Once I walked in to the registration area, I knew this could be a bad decision! I offered the person at the counter the conformation from you (Expedia) she replied; I don't need that we aren't connected to them! I can tell you what i got.... After seeing what she had, I chose the twin beds to place my thing on the other. The chairs were fabric and dirty, dust was all over the ceiling and air conditioner vents, no fire alarm, no phone, the remote for the TV didn't work. The vanity was coming……

“I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the stay. There were too many rules and this made me feel uncomfortable. Even to use the rooms there were additional restrictions. Despite paying extra charges, we were required to clean, arrange the towels in the closet, wash, throw out the garbage and clean the refrigerator.
